In
the pursuit of justice, families are being torn apart. Tracy is a dedicated and
determined mother, bravely battling against the unjust and corrupt court
systems of the "State of Washington" and "State of Kansas."
For nearly four years, she has been entangled in a legal struggle, fighting to
reclaim her child from a system that, without due process, snatched her away
and placed her in the custody of a family aligned with both medical tyranny and
a questionable political agenda.
The ordeal began when Tracy's daughter was removed from her care by Child
Protective Services (CPS) through the school system. Tracy's refusal to conform
to the preferred pronouns set by CPS, her interest in conservative viewpoints,
and her desire for a faith-based counselor for her daughter led to her child
being placed in an LGBTQ+ club after-school program. The school misled Tracy's
daughter, instructing her to lie about the nature of the club.
In a distressing turn of events, Tracy reported suspicions of pedophilia
involving a theater teacher who had made inappropriate requests of her child. The
school responded with retaliation, resulting in the forced separation of Tracy
and her daughter. Adding to the complexity, Tracy's ex-husband, a felon without
biological ties to the child, signed away his rights to his brother and
sister-in-law, who subsequently obtained guardianship.
Despite being The custodial parent, Tracy's rights were violated as Washington
usurped jurisdiction without obtaining consent from Florida, violating the
Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA). Tracy was
denied reunification with her daughter, and all court authorities blocked all
communication channels; the legal proceedings lacked a proper investigation, as
CPS and the guardian ad litem failed to consult with Tracy or her daughter's
psychiatrist, music teacher, or family. A police report suggested no probable
cause for the drastic actions taken against Tracy.
Unveiling a concerning facet of the education system, it's revealed that
schools, including Shadle Park High School in Spokane District 81, possess
National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers, allowing them to provide healthcare
treatment, vaccines, counseling, and medication, sometimes without parental
consent. Shadle Park High School, in particular, has raised eyebrows for
housing a transition clinic disguised as a healthcare facility.
Adding to the injustice, her ex-husband and her ex-husband’s brother and
sister-in-law, who initially gained custody of Tracy’s now 16-year-old daughter,
deemed problematic with behavioral Issues should be returned to her mother.
This ongoing saga exposes a systemic failure in protecting parental rights and
the well-being of to protecting the legal and educational frameworks.
In a harrowing turn of events, Tracy’s daughter, having reported domestic
violence and drug issues at home, found herself in the Crossroads Shelter in
Spokane under the care of CPS, and her counselor. Unfortunately, the shelter
became a dangerous place when her daughter befriended a now-recognized
"child groomer." After the groomer was expelled from the shelter, her
daughter left with him. Tracy, in a compassionate move invited them to Colorado,
where she was undergoing medical treatment following an unfortunate incident in
Spokane.
Initially thinking the groomer was a protector, Tracy Soon, she discovered the
disturbing reality when she realized she was being held hostage after
expressing suspicions. Communication devices and evidence were destroyed,
leading Tracy to sever ties with the hammer during their journey to Florida,
where she had full custody. However, the situation took a dark turn as the
groomer manipulated Tracy's daughter into leaving with him when he found out he
was no longer to continue with them on this journey, accusing Tracy of
abandonment by contacting the CPS in Washington.
The
groomer not only stole money by hacking Tracy’s bank account but also
manipulated Tracy’s daughter into abandoning the planned trip to Florida.
Tracy, expecting her daughter at the airport, faced arrest on charges of child
endangerment, abandonment, and non-support, enduring 20 days in jail. Forced to
plead to a misdemeanor for release due to the suspension of speedy trials,
Kansas initiated a child in need case.
Despite evidence and conflicting statements from her daughter and the groomer,
Kansas pressed for a reunification. However, Tracy's daughter She resisted,
expressing a desire to return to Washington with the groomer for transgender
surgery. Recordings submitted to attorneys revealed the groomer's threatening
intentions towards Tracy and his determination to harm her.
Kansas obtained emergency jurisdiction, preventing Washington from extraditing
her daughter for up to 18 months, along with a no-contact order on the groomer.
Recently, Tracy learned that the groomer is communicating with her daughter,
allegedly conspiring to harm Tracy. Despite reporting this to authorities,
attorneys, and the case worker‘s response has been limited due to the groomer's
location outside Colorado.
Tracy, hopeful for legal intervention, wishes for charges against the groomer
to disrupt his control and provide her daughter with an opportunity to think
independently and reclaim her identity after years of trauma and alienation
from Washington state. The struggle continues as Tracy navigates a complex and
deeply troubling situation to protect her daughter from further harm.
Tracy holds onto hope, praying for her
daughter to change her heart, fostering a desire for reunification to mend
their strained mother-daughter relationship. Unfortunately, Tracy has been
unable to see or speak to her daughter since March 17th, despite her yearning
for their reunion.
Her daughter resides in a group home, which Tracy believes is keeping them
apart when they should be together. Adding to the distress, Tracy recently
discovered that her daughter has been put back on medications, contradicting
her efforts to wean her off gradually the drugs prescribed by the state of
Washington for various diagnoses they made her believe she had.
Kansas authorities, without notifying Tracy in advance, admitted her daughter
to a mental hospital for a week. Tracy has offered her daughter's health
history, but The officials seem disinterested in the unlimited interaction with
her daughter, totaling only thirty minutes until their brief reunion in
February 2023, which was once again upped during Tracy's arrest in March 2023.
On August 16, 2023, a new judge made a decision that further strained Tracy's
efforts. Despite being advised by her attorney that her physical presence was
unnecessary, at the hearing, Tracy was not allowed to be present via phone or
video during the court proceedings. However, the minor child was present by
phone. The judge permitted Tracy and her grandparents to send letters, but they
would be screened to prevent interference with her daughter's therapy.
Dishearteningly, the Attorney informed Tracy’s daughter that she could discard
or choose not to read the letters.
Adding to the complexity, the judge reintroduced the Interstate Compact for the
Placement of Children (ICPC), raising the possibility of sending Tracy’s
daughter back to Washington State. This decision comes after the emergency
jurisdiction of up to 18 months was already established, with a no-contact
order preventing the child's transfer back to Washington, where the "child
groomer" resides. The situation continues to unfold, testing Tracy's
resilience and determination to be reunited with her daughter against mounting
legal challenges and systemic obstacles.
Tracy,
in her relentless pursuit of justice and her daughter's well-being, has
presented compelling evidence of the continued communication between the
groomer and her daughter. The situation is further complicated by the lack of
parental rights in Washington when it comes to a child's desire to undergo a
gender transition.
While grappling with these challenges, Tracy finally received her daughter's
mental health evaluation, the first health update in four years. The evaluation
recommended addressing her daughter's trauma before considering any gender
transition, highlighting multiple medications and new diagnoses, minus the
diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria. However, Tracy encountered inaccuracies in the
report, falsely attributing mental conditions and drug use to her, and
erroneously claiming her daughter was a product of rape.
Washington state has consistently failed to provide Tracy with critical
information regarding her daughter's health and safety. In a surprising turn,
Tracy possesses evidence of Kansas officials expressing sympathy for her,
acknowledging her innocence, and expressing disbelief at Washington State's
handling of the case.
Time is of the essence for Tracy, as her daughter approaches the age of
eighteen in August 2024. Tracy fears that if reunification doesn't occur soon,
it may become too late to rescue her daughter from the indoctrination and
alienation that have transpired over the past several years.
In an attempt to halt the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children
(ICPC), an emergency hearing was held on October 4, 2023. Unfortunately, ICPC
was granted, with the Director of St. Francis Ministries testifying that
returning to Washington was in the best interest of Tracy's daughter. The
reasoning was rooted in the belief that the foster couple could provide crucial
support for her daughter's transgender identity, despite the foster family
themselves working through mental health Trauma.
Tracy faces an uphill battle to protect her daughter from further harm,
confronting legal complexities, misinformation, and systemic challenges that
threaten to dictate her daughter's future. The struggle intensifies as Tracy fights
against time to secure reunification and safeguard her daughter's well-being.
In a series of disheartening events, Tracy uncovered unsettling aspects Of the
legal proceedings. Her attorney revealed that the director, who testified in
favor of transferring custody, is transgender and allegedly influenced her
staff to prioritize the use of proper pronouns. This revelation, along with
hearsay lacking evidence and perceived political motivations, cast a shadow
over the objectivity of the trial.
During the hearing, it emerged that crucial information, specifically regarding
a background check on the foster family, details of inappropriate sexual behavior
on a minor, and multiple felony convictions were missing from the home health
study provided by Washington. The judge overlooked this discrepancy and ordered
the transfer, despite later discoveries of various felonies, including
drug-related offenses and theft, within the foster family – information omitted
during the court proceedings.
Tracy also learned that she was purposely not contacted for the August hearing,
which she was supposed to attend by phone. Her attorney cited the judge's
impatience as a reason for the omission. Shockingly, it was revealed during the
hearing that the foster family's daughter had connected with Tracy's daughter
online, and her previous guardian had banned her from the family due to
inappropriate online behavior.
Tracy suspects a pre-existing conspiracy among the involved parties, as her
attorney failed to bring forth evidence to refute allegations and hearsay. To
add to the frustration, key witnesses such as school representatives,
psychiatrists, and case workers were not called to testify, and important
details from affidavits submitted by Tracy's family, co-workers, and friends
were not presented in her defense.
During
the trial, Tracy's attorney whispered that being perceived as anti-LGBTQ+ could
jeopardize her case. Tracy clarified that she is not against the LGBTQ+
community but opposes the indoctrination of children and the alteration of
their bodies. Despite this, the judge granted the return to Washington,
overlooking the fact that the child groomer remains in contact with her
daughter, posing a potential threat.
In an attempt to halt the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children
(ICPC), an emergency hearing was held on October 4, 2023. However, ICPC was
granted based on the director's testimony, despite the foster family's own
struggles with mental health trauma.
Tracy, armed with evidence of her daughter's positive progress in school,
remains determined to fight for her. After confronting her attorney for
ineffective representation, Tracy demanded assistance in stopping the transfer
and sought legal advice independently. Despite the court to issue a final order
so she can appeal her new Attorney suggested her relinquish her rights. Tracy remains skeptical, as her attorneys
declared there were no appealable arguments for an ICPC with no final order.
Tracy’s distrust deepened when she discovered her attorney’s apparent stalking
on social media. The attorney’s comments promoting the woke agenda and support
for Pride raised concerns about potential biases that influence legal
representation. Tracy, facing the challenge is navigating a complex legal
landscape to protect her daughter’s well-being against systemic obstacles and
potential personal biases.
On October 18, 2023, Tracy received an unexpected email notifying her of her
attorney’s withdrawal from the case, approved by the judge. The absence of
filed transcript and record requests and the swift approval of the withdrawal
raised concerns about procedural irregularities. The judge scheduled a hearing
on December 6, 2023, to assess the status of her case..
Despite Tracy's persistent attempts to contact the courts and the Department
for Children and Families (DCF) since calling out her attorney on October 4,
2023, the systems remained down until October 30, 2023. Tracy finally reached
the court on October 27th, discovering an order for an Appellant Attorney dated
October 24th. Tracy contacted the new attorney and scheduled a conference with
her parent advocates on November 1, 2023.
In Tracy's eyes, the court system lacks justice, and she believes that real
change can only occur when people unite. The decision to return her daughter to
a potentially dangerous situation in Washington, despite previous hardships,
raises questions about the true agenda behind the legal proceedings.
In a November update, Tracy received the approved Interstate Compact on
September 18, 2023. Background checks revealed troubling information about The
foster family in Washington, Including a DCF case for inappropriate sexual
behavior and a history of felonies, substance abuse, and trauma. Tracy, with a Clean
record, questions the basis for Her preferring this family over her. The
interstate compact also revealed that the new foster family was involved from
the beginning as her daughter's friend, raising suspicions of orchestrated
intentions.
As Tracy delved into her case file, she discovered documents, affidavits, transcripts,
A no-contact order for the child groomer and the Florida custody order violating
UCCJEA was missing. Questions about
jurisdiction arise, with Tracy’s attorney citing an ongoing emergency without
specifying its duration. Despite being
out of jail since April 2023 and without terminating her rights, Tracy faces a
looming court hearing on December 6, 2023, prompting confusion about its
purpose; after the status hearing, Tracy was left with no details about her
daughter’s safety, with no scheduled date for the subsequent hearings or
involvement in her daughter’s life.
Tracy’s journey has uncovered what she believes to be a sinister agenda in
Washington state and beyond, targeting family structures and parent rights, starting
public school systems with influences from China. She alleges evidence of child
trafficking through CPS and the court systems, linking it to larger agendas
across the United States.
As
Tracy faces these challenges, she calls for support through prayers and sharing
her story to expose social agendas advanced by certain states acting as government
entities. She emphasizes the need for unity to counter destructive intentions
targeting families, children, and the nation.
Thank you, everyone, for your support! 🙏
