Unfortunately this is not new. We are not exactly sure how long this has been perpetrated on the American Republic or other nations, but I know it has been several years at minimum, probably much minimum.
The, (PTB), Powers that Be have programs, too numerous to count for someone sane to think of, create, or count, that do things like this. This is just one example.
