The First Presidential Imposter

With the death of James Garfield, in 1881, Vice President Chester A. Arthur became the first illegal alien to become the President of the United States.
At the time of his birth, neither of his parents were citizens of the United States.
Arthur's father was born in Ireland and did not even apply for U.S. citizenship until after Chester was born. His mother was born in the United States, but when she married her husband, who was a citizen Great Britain, she was stripped of her U.S. citizenship and became subject of Great Britain.*1. Chester and his siblings that were born in the U.S. also were stripped of the U.S. citizenship and became citizens of the nation where their father was born.
Chester was born on U.S. soil to illegal aliens. Under the 14th Amendment, he would have qualified as a native born, but not a natural born citizen.
In order for a bill to become a law it must be signed by the President of the United States. Since Chester Arthur was not eligible to be President, every bill he signed is null and void. The 13 states that were admitted to the US after Arthur became President are not lawful states. They are territories and according to the Constitution they are still subject to the jurisdiction of the government of the United States.
Without the signature of a lawful President, no bill can become a law and for all intents and purposes when an imposter assumed the Presidency the Constitution and the lawful government of the United States ceased to exist
