that the undersigned, *flesh and blood man, currently residing in the Republic of South Carolina or free state, do on this, the twenty-fourth day in April, 2012, disassociate from all actions and decisions made by Timothy James Turner, Charles “C.W. “ Wright and other pseudo executive members and representatives of the "Republic for the united States of America" starting before and on November 11, 2010, in Spring City, Utah at the Wind Walker Guest Ranch, or any near by town where any meetings were held purported to be in good faith and will for the sake of establishing true freedom indicated in the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution in earnest, as this movement, organization, or so called “government” sought to re-inhabit seats in Republic that had been left dormant since 1861 A.D., and continuing from that day of November 11, 2010 and dates in recent history before that such as March 2010 forward ... FOREVER.

Inasmuch as the name John Mark Adams, John M. Adams, John Adams, or any variation of the name was completely unaware of the true deception that took place hereby rescinds, revokes and invalidates any and all documents generated at the aforementioned event and subsequent documents created by the Republic for the united States of America before this aforementioned date which may contain signatures or autographs from any residents of the South Carolina Republic or free state on my behalf, as in retrospect it is known there was another South Carolina resident present by the name of Bruce Hagen in Spring City, Utah at the Wind Walker Guest Ranch, or any near by town where any meetings were held purported to be in good faith and will that could have signed unlawfully for the name John Mark Adams or any variation thereof, or for other true flesh and blood men and women in the South Carolina Republic or free state who may have signed documents locally to their county on South Carolina Republic or free state without full disclosure, or not realizing what deception was being taken.

The name John Mark Adams, or any variation of the name, thereof was present in the secretive closed door session and was not given a voice in the proceedings except through full non-disclosure; therefore my opinions and desires were not lawfully represented, causing the resulting document, “Adopted 14 November 2010, known as the “Declaration of Sovereign Intent” to the Republic for the united States of America, to be a false representation of the will of myself and “We the People” of said republic. These actions were taken under false claim and promises and agreed to by individuals not authorized to speak for myself and others not in attendance. There is no standing or structure as yet accepted by the people such as a lawful de jure Constitution or the organic constitution.

I, John Mark Adams, or any variations of the name, support no claim of representation by the people present at the clandestine meeting in Utah. I will not be responsible for any documents, statements and subsequent consequences of the actions of those who perpetrated this fraud and deception on those in attendance, as the name John Mark Adams, or any variation of the name, was purposefully deceived at this Utah retreat or those in the South Carolina Republic or free state that may come later to attach their names to the aforementioned document.
